Make a cleaning rota for your flat
Put in the names of whoever lives there, untick any chore your place does not have, and get who does what each week — every job passed round in turn, and nobody handed more than one chore more than anybody else. No account. Print it for the fridge or send it to the house.
Cleaning rota
Week 1 starts whichever Monday you like. A chore that needs doing more than once a week is that person's for the whole week; the ones that come round less often appear in the weeks they fall due.

The link has the names in it. Nothing is stored: whoever opens it has the same rota worked out again in their own browser.
Get reminded
A rota on the fridge does not say when the bins are due. A list does: tick a chore when it is done and the next date is counted from that day. Each of you gets your own list, private to you, and nothing arrives unless you ask for it.
An example
Three made-up flatmates, the 12 starter chores and4 weeks — exactly what the page makes once you put your own names in.
| Who | Week 1 | Week 2 | Week 3 | Week 4 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flatmate A | ||||
| Flatmate B | ||||
| Flatmate C |

Not sure what the place needs?
Make a cleaning schedule for your house first — a few questions about the floors, the animals and the kitchen — and split that into a rota instead of the starter list.
