Weekly. Fifteen minutes weekly beats two hours eventually.
What it actually is, and what shifts it
The ring round a bath is soap scum — soap plus the minerals in hard water — and it is alkaline, so an acid shifts it. Anything with citric or acetic acid in it, or a cut lemon, and no scourer near an acrylic bath unless you want it matt.
The extractor fan or the open window is doing more for that room than the cleaning is. Mould is a moisture problem wearing a cleaning problem’s clothes — get the air out after a shower and the black stops coming back so fast.
Put it on a list that reminds you
“Clean the bathroom”, weekly. Tick it when it is done and the next date is counted from that day, not from when it was due.
